DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged product we will gladly replace the product or issue you a full refund (with free shipping). Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving any damaged items using the contact form. Include the invoice number and the item(s) that were damaged as well as a phone number.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS: We will gladly accept unopened returns within 10 days of purchase with a full credit for the amount of the cost of the merchandise you return. All returns of an item in a quantity of 6 or more will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returning product(s) for refund.
