Flower essences are not essential oils. They have no scent, may be safely taken internally and are in a base of water and brandy. People of all ages, animals and even plants may use them alone or as an adjunct to other modes of healing. They are very safe and effective. Essences may be taken diluted in water, placed directly under the tongue or added to a room spray or massage oil. Choose a single essence or custom blend several to suit your needs.
