Carlson Mild-C Crystals is pure calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of Vitamin C. Each 1/2 teaspoonful of Mild-C Crystals contains approximately 2000 mg (2 grams) of Calcium Ascorbate. Free ascorbic acid is not present, so it has a mild taste.
